At Shopping Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shopping Bag account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
